We ship orders across South Africa. Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time or incur extra costs.

- Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

- Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Failed Deliveries and Reshipment
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or inability to reach you, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts.
